California Supreme Court thumbs nose at democracy

In a loss for freedom loving peoples everywhere, the California Supreme Court struck down the states gay marriage ban, which was passed by voters 8 years ago. So much for the will of the people, huh?
What’s even worse is the Governator’s belief that the judiciary should decide political questions like this one.
